Project Management
Alcatraz Power Barriers offers a "Total Security Solution" and this includes the professional hands-on management of any security installation project from consultation to product procurement and maintenance roll-outs.
Alcatraz safety and installation guidelines have been developed by Alcatraz in order to inform the licensee on what ‘best practices’ should be in use to safely erect the fence and in order to avoid any possible liability, injury, accident or loss of life.
The following guidelines should be followed when involved with the installations that take into account terms of general health and safety.
Before any work should begin on site, the installer must evaluate any risk that might be caused by the erecting of the fence, which looks probable and possible dangers and hazards and in doing so the installer should be able to put in place plans and procedures to limit of nullify the risk, these steps are essentially the responsible steps that need to be taken in limiting injury, loss of life, civil liability and public liability.
Management Overview
Alcatraz will be responsible for operating and working with the management team to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and timeously. Systems are in place to ensure the smooth running of our processes; all our specific products are manufactured and fabricated under a non-exclusive license.
Alcatraz provides sound planning and preparation of projects, general installations, customer relationship and general office administration.
At each stage of the process, record keeping and ongoing project management ensures that the business runs efficiently and effectively.
Service / Maintenance Agreements
Alcatraz provides a Robust Service Level Agreement (SLA) on the installation of security products. In the case of Alcatraz Power Barrier, this SLA is compulsory to ensure that the product is regularly tested and thus reliable. The SLA is determined by a nominal monthly fee per meter of installed fencing.
Financing and Corporate Rentals
Alcatraz is able to provide on special request the opportunity for Financing and Corporate Rentals from an on and off balance sheet perspective.
